Matthew Scialabba and Melissa Pellegrino spoke at the Wilton Library last night on their experiences writing their new cookbook, The Italian Farmer's Table. The book describes their travels through northern Italy, visiting agriturismi or farms who welcome tourists and serve meals based on their produce.
